- $150 intro special for new clients for 3 sessions
- $350 ($70 per session) for 5 sessions
- $650 ($65 per session) for 10 sessions
- House Calls, Additional Fee: $1/min drive time
- $175 per person ($35 per session) for a package of 5 sessions
- $325 per person ($32.50 per session) for a package of 10 sessions
- Group classes are limited to 5 people in person with up to 5 more people joining us remotely using Skype. In each class I offer a complete workout using your own body’s resistance as well as small props including: foam rollers, fitness circles, therabands, and toning balls. I provide extra thick pilates mat and all props.
- $20 per class, to be paid at the beginning of the month
- $10 per class if joining us by Skype, to be paid in packages of 10 classes
- Private sessions are by appointment only Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11am until 8pm and Saturday 9am until 2pm.
- Group Classes are also by appointment and require a minimum of 3 people. I currently hold a beginner/intermediate level class on Tuesday’s at 11am, intermediate/advanced class on Wednesday’s at 1pm and an all level/gentle mat class Saturday’s at 10am.
- Please contact me to find out if there is space available in existing classes or if you would like to start your own small group with friends, family, or co-workers.
- All classes and sessions are 55 minutes in length
- For sessions, please give 24 hours notice for a cancellation or you will be charged full price for that session
- Please note that there will be a $25.00 fee applied to all returned checks
- Wear clothing that you can move freely in – avoid clothing with zippers and bulky pockets, short shorts, and jewelry
- Arrive early for your first session. There is a short form to fill out so leave a few minutes to get organized in order to start your session on time.
