Rates

Private Sessions

  • Individual instruction with a program tailored for your body’s specific needs in person or virtually through Zoom
  • $80 for 1 session
  • $375 ($75 per session) for 5 sessions
  • $700 ($70 per session) for 10 sessions
  • House Calls, Additional Fee: $1/min drive time (currently not available)

Duet Sessions

  • $200 per person ($40 per session) for a package of 5 sessions
  • $350 per person ($35 per session) for a package of 10 sessions

Group Classes on Zoom

  • In each class I offer a complete workout using your own body’s resistance as well as small props which may include: foam roller, fitness circle, stretchy band, mini-squishy ball (7-9 inch), Franklin balls, and toning balls. Please email me if you want a recommendation for what brand/style of the various props to order.
  • Single classes can be purchased on a sliding scale of $10-$20 pay-what-you-can
  • Class packages can be purchased in packs of 4 or 8 for $20 per class for single person household; 4 or 8 for $30 per class for 2-3 person household
  • You can purchase one or more classes, or packages of classes, by clicking the Sign Up button for any class on the Classes page, then selecting Book Now.

Schedule

  • Private sessions by appointment Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • Current Group Class is “Flow” Tuesdays at 11am – this class is hybrid with 3-4 people in person and unlimited number of participants through Zoom.  Visit the Classes page to sign up for virtual class.
  • Please contact me for a link to a recording of sample class.

Policies

  • All classes and sessions are 55 minutes in length
  • For sessions, please give 24 hours notice for a cancellation or you will be charged full price for that session
  • Please note that there will be a $25.00 fee applied to all returned checks
  • Wear clothing that you can move freely in – avoid clothing with zippers and bulky pockets, short shorts, and jewelry
  • Arrive early for your first session.  There is a short form to fill out so leave a few minutes to get organized in order to start your session on time.
